Who we are

Verse Marketing Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at contactverse@versemarketing.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, website, and the details you choose to share. We don’t use advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest, or your consent where you’ve given it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless we start working together, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
